Afro Slow and Massage

Angelika Renk has been teaching Afro-inspired dance with live music in Darmstadt since 1996. Physiotherapy and dance medicine are also her other areas of expertise.

The AfroSLOW format with live music (Hang) has existed since 2017.
These 'slow African moves' allow you to arrive in your "now body", connect with your fellow dancers and enjoy the live music, and integrate West African dance movements as well as gain a new approach to your own dance, breaking away from old movement patterns and combining them with lots of energy.
