Felix Burger

Parkour

Felix has been practicing parkour for 14 years and teaching since 2011. He has gained experience in many other movement disciplines, such as modern dance, yoga, gymnastics, weightlifting, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Professionally, he works to make the working world more humane.

Parkour! Come on, let's jump off roofs! Sure, you can do it, but Felix would recommend a different approach. We'll look at some parkour basics and explore principles for sustainable, on-the-go training.

Fear Practice: Don't be afraid – it's just fear.

Fear is a universal feeling that accompanies us all. But what happens when we consciously confront it and understand it as part of our movement practice?

In theory and practice, we want to explore what fear actually is, how it affects us, and how we can use it as a tool for more freedom and self-confidence.

When dealing with heights – we learn, adapted to each level, to feel, accept and systematically expand our limits.

You want to learn how to leave your comfort zone safely and independently - come join us :)
