What should I bring to the Movement Flow Festival?
For the hall, if it gets cold, bring warm sportswear.
Bring enough spare clothes and, if needed, shower supplies.
You can participate in the workshops wearing indoor shoes, socks, or barefoot.
For the parkour workshop you will need flexible outdoor shoes.
Something to drink or a water bottle.
Snacks of your choice, and possibly something to eat that will fill you up if you haven't booked lunch and dinner separately!
If you would like coffee or tea, please bring your own cup.
If you have one, bring a yoga mat.
If you want to make yourself comfortable in between, bring a blanket and pillows.
If you play an instrument, you can bring it along for the live music jam on Saturday evening – the jam is
Acoustically, without much amplification.
Is there a way to safely store my valuables?
There are no special lockers or secure storage facilities for valuables on site. We therefore recommend leaving valuable items at home or carrying them with you at all times.
