JOIN THE TEAM

 

For the Movement Flow Fest from October 3rd to 5th, 2026, we would appreciate support before, during and after the festival.

 

The following applies for 2026:

 

• 15 hours of help = free festival ticket

• 20 hours of help = free festival ticket including food

• Otherwise, food can be brought along or paid for separately.

 

 

Possible tasks in the helper team include, for example:

 

• Setup – preparing signs, decorations, tea/coffee corner and rooms

• Sanitary & Cleaning – Cleaning toilets, refilling toilet paper, keeping rooms clean

• Preparing dance and workshop spaces – sweeping, cleaning, wiping

• Tea & Snack Station – Brewing tea/coffee, providing fruit/nuts, small shopping

• Community Care – Being a contact person, Lost & Found, Emergency mobile phone

• Media / Taking photos – photographing, filming or capturing small festival moments

• Shuttle service – trips to the accommodation

• Dismantling & Cleanup

The hours can consist of various tasks and can be combined flexibly.
