Handstand Lab – Balance, Flow & Play
This workshop is an invitation to explore the handstand as a movement practice, not just a static skill. Whether you’re working on your first kick-up or already spending time upside down, this session is open to all levels.
We’ll dive into efficient handstand mechanics, explore different entries, and develop a better understanding of how to organize the body while balancing on the hands. From there we start to play: weight shifts, shape changes, press pathways and creative transitions that make the handstand feel more like movement and less like a pose.
Expect drills, partner work and plenty of room to experiment, fall, adjust and try again. We’ll gradually build toward more dynamic ideas like side bends, shifting balance and connecting shapes, always with a focus on curiosity and exploration.
Think of it less as a class and more as a playground for inversion practice.
Come ready to move, explore and spend some time upside down.
Bodywork - Regeneration & Integration
This session is all about relaxing the body between workshops, calming the nervous system, and processing the many movement experiences. Based on traditional Thai yoga massage, you'll use gentle mobilization, stretching, and touch to release tension, harmonize energy, and give your body space to regenerate. It's perfect for bringing body and mind back into balance and starting the next sessions feeling refreshed and energized. Bio Moving between inversions, flow, and playful curiosity, she straddles yoga, acrobatics, movement, and a touch of circus magic. In her classes, participants dance, balance, fall, and get back up, always with lightness, humor, and the courage to try new things. She focuses not only on skills but also on making movement tangible in all its facets: strength, coordination, mobility, and trust in one's own body. Her approach is holistic and accessible, whether someone is doing a headstand for the first time or has been doing handstands for a while. Her goal is to meet people at their level, explore together, and celebrate the learning process.
